West Campus Music Boosters and the West Campus Music Program
The West Campus Music Boosters (WCMB) is the nonprofit charity organization formed to support the music program at West Campus. The boosters provides financial support to supplement the music program and provide additional resources necessary to the success of the program. The boosters raise funds to help pay for after school instructor stipends that include three color guard instructors for the 2023-2024 school year and percussion, drumline and other competitive program specialists. As well, the boosters include an executive board elected annually who help provide additional communications, resources, and volunteer help for the music program. The board seeks to ensure there are volunteers for events, including district cleared chaperones; program materials, such as music sheets and marching equipment; communications across digital platforms such as email, social media and print; and support for the Band Director as needed, such as coordinating event volunteers and needs.
The Music Program at West Campus consists of offered classes during the school day as well as after school programs and competitive events.
